MailSide – Terms of Service

By installing and using the MailSide Google Workspace Add-on, you agree to the terms of service described below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not install or uninstall the add-on.

MailSide is a free Google Workspace Add-on that allows you to:

• Create and run custom email filtering and management rules
• Execute automatic email actions (archive, delete, move, label)
• Manage Gmail folders and labels
• Manage multiple Google accounts from a single interface

The add-on runs on the Google Apps Script platform and performs all tasks exclusively within your Google account, on Google's infrastructure.

BMSoft1024 grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, personal and non-transferable license to use the MailSide add-on under the following conditions:

• The add-on may only be used for your own personal or business use
• The add-on's source code may not be copied, modified, or distributed to third parties
• Reverse engineering of the add-on is prohibited
• The add-on's name, logo, and branding are the intellectual property of BMSoft1024

MailSide is available through the Google Workspace Marketplace and complies with the Google Workspace Terms of Service and the Google API Usage Policies.

MailSide uses Google's OAuth authentication system. Privacy rules for your Google account are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

BMSoft1024 reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to the add-on in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms
• Abusive or unlawful use of the add-on
• Violation of Google Workspace Marketplace policies

You may revoke the add-on's access permissions at any time through your Google account's add-on settings.

MailSide is provided on an "as-is" basis. BMSoft1024 accepts no liability for:

• Data loss resulting from use of the add-on
• Errors caused by outages or changes to Google's infrastructure
• Indirect or consequential damages

It is recommended to back up your data before installing the add-on. BMSoft1024's liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law in all cases.

BMSoft1024 reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published in the Google Workspace Marketplace listing and on this page. Continued use of the add-on constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
