Nektaria – Terms of Service

By installing and using the Nektaria game, you accept the following terms of service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not install or uninstall the game.

Nektaria is a free beekeeping idle game that allows you to:

• Build and expand beehives
• Produce and sell honey
• Manage varroa mites and care for bee health
• Follow seasonal changes
• Complete daily challenges

The game works in offline mode; internet connection is not required for basic features.

BMSoft1024 grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, and non-transferable license for the Nektaria game under the following conditions:

• The game may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes
• The game's source code may not be copied, modified, or distributed to third parties
• Reverse engineering is prohibited
• The BMSoft1024 name, logo, and branding are the intellectual property of BMSoft1024

The following is prohibited in the game or in connection with the game:

• Cheating, manipulation, or disrupting gameplay (e.g., hacking, using modified clients)
• Harassing or threatening other users (in case of online features)
• Modifying game files or using third-party tools

BMSoft1024 reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts of users who violate these rules.

Nektaria is provided on an "as-is" basis. BMSoft1024 assumes no liability for:

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the game
• Loss or corruption of local saves
• Service outages or malfunction

BMSoft1024's liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

BMSoft1024 reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on the website and in the application. Continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
